Maybe you are carrying a sadness that will not lift. Or an exhaustion deep in your bones. You do not have to carry it alone — and you do not even need a computer to reach me.
A short video so you can see and hear who you would be talking to.
This is peer support and mentoring — honest, non-clinical conversations with a medical doctor who has spent over 20 years in medicine and lived through real personal darkness.
It is not therapy. It is not a clinical service. It does not replace your GP or psychiatrist. It is something different — a qualified, genuinely human presence walking alongside you.
I am Dr. Santosh Luna — a medical doctor with over 20 years of international experience across India, Saudi Arabia and England, including work in psychiatry and CAMHS — Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services — across both NHS and private psychiatric settings in England.
But the reason I am here goes far beyond my qualifications.
In 2018 I was diagnosed with a benign brain tumour. I fell into a coma. I bled in my brain. I underwent eleven surgeries on my brain and woke up with double vision and a squint. A friend coined a phrase for me — LLTT — Looking London Talking Tokyo. I share it only about myself, and with love. Because finding something to smile about in your own hard journey is its own kind of healing.
I have personally lost my mother, my father, my brother and my sister. I have sat in the darkness. I have wondered if I could keep going. I know what suffering feels like — not from a textbook, but from living inside it.
I am not a polished presenter. I am someone who feels human. Imperfect. Honest. Real. And I believe that courage is not the absence of fear — it is action despite it.
I do not claim to heal anyone. I believe the capacity to heal already lives inside you. What I offer is companionship — honest, qualified and deeply human — on your comeback.
"I believe we all truly are joys — every single one of us. Not broken. Not damaged. Not too far gone. Joys who have sometimes lost touch with themselves."
I speak English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and Dogri — so if you feel more comfortable in Hindi or Urdu, please just say so. I am also currently learning Slovak out of respect for the community around me, though sessions are not yet available in Slovak.
If you have had a near-death experience and felt dismissed or unheard by medicine — I take your experience seriously. Completely and without judgment.
Each session is 30 minutes — via video call or WhatsApp video from your phone. You do not need a computer. You do not need to prepare anything. Just show up exactly as you are.
We talk honestly. I listen without judgment. I share what I genuinely understand — from both medical experience and personal loss. No scripts, no worksheets. A real conversation.
Everything you share stays between us. Your privacy is sacred to me. Nothing you say is ever stored, repeated or used without your direct permission. Trust is everything here.
Simple advance payment via PayPal or Wise before each session. If cost is a genuine barrier — please just reach out. Money will never be the reason someone does not get help.
These sessions are non-clinical and cannot provide emergency or crisis support. Please reach out to the appropriate services if you are in immediate danger.
Your privacy is sacred to me. Everything you share in our sessions stays strictly between us. Nothing personal you share is ever stored, repeated or used without your direct permission. The trust you place in me is something I treat with the deepest respect — always.
